As an ASHI ( American Society of Home Inspectors) inspector my responsibility is to report the issues of the home, state why they are a concern, and recommend a repair procedure. This is done in easy to understand terms that put the damage and repairs into perspective.

 

If at all possible, I work with your schedule to allow you to be at the home to discuss the inspection findings and educate you on not only the positive aspects of the home, but the issues that need to be addressed. It also gives you the opportunity to have any questions answered about the workings of the home.

 

My inspection prices are based on age and square footage of the home.
